Retoma Terms of Use
The service
Retoma ("Retoma: routine without guilt") is an iPhone (with Apple Watch) and Android app that helps you organize workouts, sleep and food: it plans your routine around the workout (the night before for early workouts, or the day itself for later ones), reads Health app (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) data with your permission and shows patterns in your own records. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Not health advice
Retoma organizes a routine and does not diagnose or treat anything. The app’s information, including patterns, reminders and reports, does not replace medical, nutritional or psychological care. Before significantly changing your workouts, food or sleep, talk to a professional. If you are in emotional distress, please reach out for help through your local crisis line.
Your data
Your data stays on your phone and in your own backup (iCloud on iPhone; Google backup on Android), as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups if you want to preserve your records; the app offers automatic backup and file backup. Reports you export and share with other services, such as AI assistants, are then subject to those services’ rules.
Paid plans
Retoma currently has no charges. If paid features are ever offered, pricing, renewal and cancellation will follow App Store and Google Play rules and will be shown in the app before any purchase. Features that are free today and part of the app’s core (planning the evening, logging and coming back after a miss) will remain free.
Appropriate use and availability
The app is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and depends on your phone’s system and its health and backup services (Health app and iCloud on iPhone; Health Connect and Google backup on Android). Watch readings may be delayed or missing. Use common sense: the app is a support, not an obligation.
Age rating
Rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play. The app is not directed at children.
Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always at this address with an updated effective date; relevant changes will be announced in the app.
